1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Area

 

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

• UK Mainland: Free Standard Shipping on all CarryMe bike orders.

• Non-Mainland UK: Additional charges may apply for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and offshore islands. Please contact us for a quote before placing your order.

2. Delivery Partner

 

We primarily use DPD UK for deliveries.

• Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–2 working days.

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

• DPD will provide a 1-hour delivery window via SMS or email on the day of delivery.

3. Risk and Delivery

 

Risk of loss or damage passes to you only once the goods have been delivered to you or a person identified by you to take possession of the goods.

Until delivery is completed, the goods remain our responsibility.

4. Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you can track its progress using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your customer account.

5. Missing or Damaged Shipments

 

If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the carrier.
