Order Cancellation

If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible at [your email address].

Pre-Orders

CarryMe folding bikes are currently sold on a pre-order basis.

Customers may cancel their pre-order at any time before the item has been dispatched and receive a full refund to the original payment method.

If there are significant delays to the estimated dispatch date, we will notify customers and provide the option to continue waiting or cancel the order for a full refund.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

However, you may still return the product in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Under UK consumer law, customers purchasing online have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the cancellation period and return the item in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Refunds

If your cancellation request is approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
